A CNC turning center spins the workpiece and cuts it with tools held in a turret. A mill-turn machine adds a milling spindle, usually on a B-axis, and often a second spindle, so a complex part can be finished in one setup.
To compare turning machines, start with swing and maximum turning length (the biggest part it can hold), chuck size, spindle bore and bar capacity, spindle power and speed, and whether it has live tooling, a Y-axis or a sub-spindle.

STOCK #16272014A turning center that also carries a milling spindle, typically on a B-axis, and usually a second spindle. It can turn, mill, drill and tap a part without moving it to another machine.
The B-axis tilts the milling spindle so it can cut angled features and reach several faces of the part. The listing gives the B-axis indexing resolution where the seller recorded it.
